We collect the details you enter (such as name, email, date of birth, qualifications, skills and CV) to run the platform. Volunteer profiles are never public. They are visible to premium organisations only when the volunteer gives consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

You can download or delete your data from your Account page. We record your consent with date and IP address. We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Applicants under 18 need parent or guardian consent.
